Laura Elkins’ experience with both public and private sector communications and marketing enables her clients to bolster their content creation, community awareness and outreach efforts. As a Senior Account Supervisor, Elkins helps health care organizations find their footing as subject matter experts and gain traction as respected thought leaders.
Working with everyone from top government officials to corporate CEOs, Elkins has served as communications director for the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development. Other previous experience includes leading internal communications efforts for a company with more than 4,000 employees, and managing group marketing efforts for a well-known Nashville attraction.
A summa cum laude graduate of the University of Tennessee, Elkins majored in consumer science with a minor in business. She graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Law and is licensed to practice in the state of Tennessee.
When Laura isn’t at work, you can find her cheering on her beloved UT Vols football team, baking world class cupcakes or traipsing off to explore some remote corner of the globe.
